Who is Qoa?
It would be hard for me to say who I am and what I have been doing throughout all these years in the Andes. Thus, I will leave it to the people who know me:
‘My dear Frank, you are an excellente English teacher, but above all you are an incredible person.’,quote. English has been the vehicle by which new information has been acquired and the precise tool to make Spanish and Quechua (Runa-Simi) ceremonial practices intelligible to people of other languages. I assume that ‘incredible’ denotes the fact of being exposed to unbelievable stories etched in the past, unforgettable experiences therein, out-of-this world ceremonies, rituals and meditations awaiting those who receive the call of Mother Earth ( Pacha Mama), the First Earth, Higher Earth, Higher realms still existent in Andean Folklore, rites and traditions.
‘He is a good role-mother as a father, he is deeply concerned about their children’, quote. I find this to be a virtue in progress for it takes a lot of trials and errors to become an ideal tour conductor, shamanic tour guide or just an explorer, specially in the Andean Shamanic tourism and practice regardless of the number of papers, books and stories said, told and researched.
‘An Accomplished taster.’, quote. Taste is one the main senses to get to know the flavours. I reckon, this one needs be in balance and harmony with the remaining ESP ( Extra Sensorial Perception) group palpable at the moment of initiations during a ceremony or meditation state and trance.
‘A polyglot’, quote. The art and science of languages is one the keys to understanding the mechanics of thought uttered by humans. Notwithstanding, the means of communication of Nature, animals, plants and other beings known as gods, Elohim, the powerful ones, remains not only as a unfathomable mystery but an open encyclopaedia to be read through by each and every one of those who inhabit this body and planet earth.
“ ‘ A good conversationalist’, ‘ someone who is willing to listen in’.” quote. Knowing how to speak and what to speak are unequivocally interrelated ways of expressing yourself. I find conversation in podcasts such as ‘Paranormal Radio’ to be of the highest benchmarks in terms of topics dealt with, hosts guests- unknown to the main stream masses, yet widely renown and acclaimed by the alternative media community to be the 21st century Philosophers of the Internet Parthenon. They are my inspiration- Art Bell host comes to mind. Rense, Tesla,Mauro Biglino, Father Salvador Freixedo, Grahan Hancock, Libertalia, Phil Schneider, and a long list of alive and self-assassinated martyrs.
“I would say you are a good friend. Considerate, caring, interested in new experiences, and accountable” quote. Being a friend takes being who you are in any circumstance. Specially in a shamanic ceremony we are all meant to be Brethren of the Andean cosmos. Caring for others, those who take part in it will vividly acknowledge that we are one. without new experiences or considering any as ordinary lacking in substance denotes the degree level we are duly entrusted; Finding the interest in the new is a matter of mental perspective. Children are the best example of how the world is anew. Investigation is the next step to consolidate our second thoughts and pursue the mysteries which will remain unknown for some time making life worth living.
Accountability and meeting high standards of accomplishments are a must in order to shine off in the middle of utter darkness of misinformation and indoctrination.
In short, I am who and what I am.
Cuzco – Qosqo evokes a mythical , ancient civilization; its archaeo-astronomical sites and sacred places still overwhelm both the casual traveller just like the experienced traveller. Its megalithic architecture still keeps its mystery intact despite the numerous assumptions of its origin and function which dismiss the beauty and splendour of its spiritual, philosophical and aesthetic allure and practice materialized in stone.
