LIMA – CHICLAYO – TRUJILLO – CUZCO – MACHU PICCHU

Chiclayo. Here is the place where a tomb was discovered in 1987 with the intact remains of the Moche chief, the Lord of Sipan. This discovery allows us to appreciate the funeral ritual of a Moche ruler. The funerary apparel includes numerous gold and silver jewels decorated with turquoises.

Trujillo City. It is particularly known for its seafood. Also, its beaches are renown; for example Huanchaco – famous for its surfing resort.

The Ollantaytambo ruins. They are known as Ollantaytambo, called Ollanta by the locals, encompasses an ancient Inca temple and fortress as well as a village in Peru, located at the northwestern end of the Sacred Valley of the Incas

Machu Picchu. Undoubtedly, the mystery and enigma of the citadel stirs different sentiments and emotions that go beyond its mere admiration

ARRIVAL PERU

Arrival and transfer to your hotel Casa Andina Miraflores. Overnight Lima

DAY 2

LIMA FULL DAY

City tour in the morning. We will visit the historic center: Plaza San Martin, Mayor Plaza, Cathedral and Monastery San Francisco. We will also visit the suburbs of San Isidro and Miraflores. During the afternoon visit to the museum Larco Herrera. Overnight Lima

DAY 3

LIMA - CHICLAYO

Transfer to the airport. Arrival to Chiclayo and transfer to the Casa Andina hotel During the afternoon visit to the Archaeological complex of Tucume and Archaeological Museum of Bruning. Overnight in Chiclayo

DAY 4

CHICLAYO FULL DAY

During the morning visit Archaeological complex of Huaca Rajada and the museum “Royal Tombs of Sipan”. Overnight in Chiclayo

DAY 5

TRUJILLO

Departure to the city of Trujillo. On the way visit to the Archaeological complex of El Brujo. In the afternoon city tour and visit to the ruins of Chan-Chan. Overight in Trujillo.

DAY 6

TRUJILLO

In the morning visit the temple of ”El Sol and La Luna” and “El Dragon “ shrine. We will also visit Huanchaco beach where we will see “ Caballitos de Totoras” ” reed boats” used by fishermen since pre-Inca times . In the afternoon transfer to the airport to take a flight to Lima. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Lima

DAY 7

LIMA - CUSCO

Transfer to the airport. Arrival to Cuzco and transfer to the hotel. Free afternoon to get use to the altitude. Overnight in Cuzco

DAY 8

CUZCO

City tour in the morning. Visit to the Cathedral, Koricancha Temple and Ruins of Sacsayhuaman. Overnight in Cuzco

DAY 9

SACRED VALLEY

Visit to the Sacred Valley; visit to Chincheros town to see to the Traditional artisan market and to enjoy a traditional weaving demostration. During the afternoon visit to the Ollantaytambo ruins. Overnight in Cuzco

DAY 10

MACHUPICCHU FULL DAY

During the morning transfer to the train station. Arrival to the town of Aguas Calientes to take the bus to the ruins of Machu Picchu. Visit the ruins. Afternoon back to Cuzco. Overnight in Cuzco

DAY 11

CUSCO - LIMA - HOME

Transfer to the airport. Arrival to Lima. End of services
